AGT Power is Anthony Mark Galea, a sole trader trading as AGT Power (ABN 31 162 307 456), based in Surry Hills NSW. This page explains what we do with your details.

What we collect

When you ring, email or send the enquiry form, we get your name, phone number, email address if you give it, what you tell us about the job, and which page of this website you sent the form from.

When you use the chat on this website, we get your name, phone number and the messages you send.

When you go ahead with a job, we also keep the job address and the details we need to quote, do and invoice the work.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, quote, do the work, invoice you and follow up on that job. We don’t send newsletters or marketing, and we never sell your details.

Who sees it

Tony sees your details. If a subcontractor helps on your job, they get only what they need for that job.

The enquiry form, the chat and our customer records run on HighLevel (LeadConnector), a software company based in the United States. HighLevel says it may process information in other countries, including the United States and India. This website is hosted by Cloudflare.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use analytics or advertising trackers. The enquiry form and the chat are provided by HighLevel and may set cookies they need to work. The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts.

Seeing, fixing or deleting your details

Email [email protected] or ring 0412 049 022 and we’ll tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it where we’re not required to keep it (for example, invoices we must keep for tax).
